Afterlife (Feedback)

I asked around to my fellow peers and as presumed most can relate to overthinking the afterlife, this is what one had to say...

"I overthink about death in it's entirety. I wonder about it's infinite possibilities, and how we know nothing about it virtually. It's honestly terrifying, and I find myself thinking about it late at night, and how not only does it scare me, the unknown also scares me. The fact that I know nothing about it doesn't comfort my beliefs that people really do go to a 'better place'. The notion that there is a heaven and hell is also heavily disclaimed because there is no knowledge of it"

Afterlife

Theories, Theories, Theories, that's all we get, all we really know. When it comes to afterlife lots of people live by it/hope for it. It's kind of like karma and all the myths in the world, nobody seen it, but we believe it. However as little as we know, there's still a million of questions that seem to wonder when thinking of what truths lay in the afterlife. Is it really how people presume with heaven and hell or is it a horrid expand of nothing? Honestly whenever you begin this specific topic you end in a pit of confusion, I guess somethings are better left unknown.

Insomnia (side effect)

Insomnia is the inability to sleep. When I wrote my previous post about dreams I knew that I had to also point this factory out because avoiding does not do anyone justice. Just how your brain can select which dreams to show based from your inner most thoughts, your inner most thoughts may also be the reason why you can't get sleep. This need to drown in ones thought leads to a pattern that cause you to lose sleep , as an article said "Pondering over one thing leads to another, past events are visualized, the pain suffered in the past is re-experienced and future similar happenings are re-enacted in the mind as a person lays there on the bed." If this person sounds like you then I won't ask you to take a chill pill, but rather re evaluate life and what needs to be done in need to better ones health, note you are not alone. However the only person who knows you better than anyone else is yourself.

Inconclusive Conclusions

This is my list of the unlikely ideals/conclusions we overthink about :
~If anyone is late, you consider if they might have died, total exaggeration
~If a car or person follows your same direction you believe they're intentionally trying to follow you.
~"we need to talk text" apparently leads to bad news, not always will this be the case.
~People who believe happiness is suppose to stay, emotion is suppose to change.
~The phrase what would your past self say , who you are now does not compare to the person before , humans are constantly changing , nobody remains the same forever.

Dreams

Sometimes you wake up and probably didn't dream anything, which is normal. Other times you wake up mesmerized by the dreams you've had in your head and you lay in your bed, scratch your head and think, why did that feel so real? This all goes hand in hand with the way your brain functions, most likely the things you overthink show up in dreams. Psychologists say everything that you sense comes from external input; the things that you see, smell, and hear. According to several articles it is said dreams don't serve a true purpose, but multiple theories have been made. The theory I find the most interesting and in my opinion, true, states "the dreamer is able to make connections between different thoughts and emotions in a safe environment." Reality makes us subdued to speak our minds or fight our fears. In our dreams we can and although some may be the kinds we don't exactly want, we all have the chance to wake up and realize the phrase your parents say after a nightmare 'it was all a dream".

Budgeting

At some point the loose change in  pants or purses won't be enough to satisfy needs and necessities , things like: food, flashy clothes, best technology is costing more and more. Yes I might be a teenager and I don't have to worry over things like budgeting, but I have been thinking a lot lately , if I don't start now I will always see it as a chore. Knowing what you have and where you spend things can help with one of the major overthought problems...Money! Budgeting is a solution to that, people who keep a plan tend to worry and overthink less on matters such as, Do I have enough money to pay my bills?

Signs You Overthink Everything

I was searching videos that can show overthinking rather than explain it and this in my opinion could not have showed it any better. It was funny , relatable and not remotely long like other videos.
